Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of tendry.
tendry is currently a product of Connection Built (“tendry,” “Connection Built,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using tendry, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using tendry on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
1.What tendry provides
tendry is an organizational continuity service designed to help organizations understand information such as:
- systems they rely on
- operational methods
- people and responsibilities
- organizational connections
- recurring processes and flows
- areas that may deserve clarification or attention
tendry provides organizational guidance and information-management tools.
tendry does not replace professional legal, accounting, cybersecurity, human-resources, financial, or information-technology advice.
Your organization remains responsible for its decisions and operations.
2.Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses tendry’s intended membership or permission structure.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a tendry account.
3.Organizations and authority
tendry accounts operate within Organizations.
If you create, administer, or manage a tendry Organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority to act for that organization.
Organizations are responsible for:
- deciding who should have access
- assigning appropriate roles
- keeping organizational information reasonably accurate
- ensuring information entered into tendry is lawful and authorized
- maintaining appropriate access to the organization’s external systems
tendry’s representation of responsibilities, systems, connections, or processes is based on information supplied or confirmed by users.
4.Organization Content
You and your organization retain ownership of Organization Content entered into tendry.
You grant tendry a limited right to host, process, display, organize, and use Organization Content as reasonably necessary to provide and support the service.
You represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You may not use tendry to store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or that violates another person’s rights.
5.Do not store passwords or secrets
tendry is not a password manager. Do not enter:
- passwords
- recovery codes
- multi-factor authentication secrets
- API keys
- financial credentials
- full payment-card numbers
- other authentication secrets
You may record appropriate operational context, such as which email address was used to establish a system or where credentials are securely managed.
6.Subscriptions and pricing
tendry may offer monthly and annual subscriptions.
Current prices are shown before Checkout. Unless otherwise stated:
- monthly subscriptions renew monthly
- annual subscriptions renew annually
- subscription fees are charged in advance
- subscriptions continue until canceled
Payments are processed by Stripe.
You authorize Stripe and tendry to charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the terms presented at Checkout.
Prices may change in the future. Changes to recurring subscription prices will be communicated as required before they take effect.
7.Pilot Partner access
Certain organizations may receive a tendry Pilot Partner code.
Unless different terms are specifically provided, the current Pilot Partner offer provides:
- 60 days of tendry access without a subscription charge
- a payment method collected during Checkout
- normal monthly or annual subscription billing beginning after the 60-day period
The exact future billing amount and date will be displayed before Checkout.
Pilot Partner codes:
- are promotional offers, not authentication credentials
- may be limited to a particular organization
- may expire
- may have limited redemptions
- have no cash value
- may not be transferred or resold without permission
A Pilot Partner organization is generally eligible for one pilot period. Canceling and later restarting tendry does not create a new free pilot period.
8.Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the billing tools made available through tendry or its payment provider.
The timing of cancellation and continued access depends on the subscription or trial terms shown when you cancel.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your Organization Content.
tendry may preserve records so the organization can later reactivate service or request access or deletion according to applicable policies.
9.Taxes
Prices may not include applicable taxes.
Where required, applicable taxes may be calculated or collected through our payment provider.
Organizations remain responsible for taxes they are legally required to pay.
10.Acceptable use
You may not:
- use tendry for unlawful purposes
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization
- interfere with the security or operation of tendry
- probe, scan, or exploit tendry except through an explicitly authorized security-testing program
- submit malware or malicious code
- impersonate another person or organization
- use automated methods to overload or materially disrupt the service
- attempt to circumvent subscription, role, or access controls
- use tendry to store illegal content or credentials that the product explicitly tells you not to store
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, protect the service, or comply with law.
11.Third-party services
tendry relies on third-party services and infrastructure.
It may also reference systems, products, websites, or services used by your organization.
tendry does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, policies, or performance.
Your relationship with those services is governed by their respective terms.
12.Suggestions and recommendations
tendry may provide observations, recommendations, scores, explanations, or suggested next steps based on organizational information.
These are informational tools.
They are not guarantees that a particular action will prevent loss, improve performance, satisfy legal requirements, or eliminate operational risk.
Your organization remains responsible for determining what actions are appropriate.
13.Service availability and changes
We work to keep tendry reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may:
- maintain or update the service
- change features
- correct errors
- improve security
- discontinue functionality
We will try to avoid materially disrupting organizations without reasonable notice when practical.
14.Intellectual property
tendry, including its software, design, branding, written materials, product structure, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Connection Built.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of tendry to you.
You may use tendry only for your organization’s authorized internal purposes under your subscription.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit tendry except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
15.Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or product feedback, you permit us to use that feedback to improve tendry without obligation to compensate you.
This does not give us ownership of your Organization Content.
16.Confidentiality and security
We will use reasonable measures intended to protect Organization Content and account information.
No online system is completely secure.
You are responsible for:
- using appropriate account security
- protecting your login credentials
- assigning appropriate tendry roles
- maintaining secure credentials for systems outside tendry
17.Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tendry is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tendry and Connection Built will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to tendry will not exceed the greater of:
- $100; or
- the amount your organization paid for tendry during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
19.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, an organization using tendry agrees to defend and hold Connection Built harmless from third-party claims arising from:
- Organization Content supplied by that organization
- unlawful use of tendry
- violation of another person’s rights
- material violation of these Terms
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.
20.Termination
You may stop using tendry at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- required by law
- payment obligations are not met
- the service is being abused
- these Terms are materially violated
- continued access presents a meaningful security risk
Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Termination does not automatically transfer or erase ownership of Organization Content.
21.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal dispute, both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in an appropriate court where necessary.
22.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as tendry develops.
If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
23.Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional subscription terms presented at Checkout, form the agreement governing use of tendry.
